The Suffolk County SPCA is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who may have stolen a missing dog.

Bella, an 11-year-old Shih Tzu, got out of her yard in the vicinity of Peconic Street and Elm Avenue in Ronkonkoma on Dec. 18. Bella was found by an Amazon package driver who may have turned her over to a woman who claimed she knew who Bella belonged to.

Bella was tagged and the owner's number was on the tag, but Bella was never returned to her owner. Bella requires medication and the family is heartbroken.
