2 Accused In String Of Burglaries In Suffolk County: Police
Police said the burglaries were committed in Ridge, Kings Park, Yaphank, Port Jefferson, Coram, Bohemia, Smithtown and Middle Island.
CENTEREACH, NY — Two men accused of burglarizing 10 businesses and attempting an 11th since July were arrested Saturday, Suffolk County police said.
Following an investigation by Major Case Unit detectives, Frank Costa and Jon Pucci were arrested in Centereach.
Police accused Costa and Pucci of the following burglaries during which cash and cigarettes were stolen:

- Shell at 1511 Middle Country Road in Ridge, on Feb. 9
- Kings Park Auto Care at 189 Main Street in Kings Park, on Jan. 30
- Back Country Deli at 70 Horseblock Road in Yaphank, on Jan. 24
- Ideal Food Basket at 500 Jefferson Plaza in Port Jefferson, on Jan. 12
- DJM Laundry Services at 1 Glenmere Lane in Coram, on Jan. 12
- Citgo at 3200 Veterans Memorial Highway in Bohemia, on Dec. 31
- Gulf at 240 W. Main St. in Smithtown, on Dec. 29
- BP Gas at 1470 Middle Country Road, in Ridge on Dec. 26
- USA Gas at 1146 Middle Country Road in Middle Island, on Dec. 11
- Jiffy Lube at 5228 Route 347 in Port Jefferson Station, on July 21
They were also charged in connection with an attempted burglary at USA Gas, located at 1146 Middle Country Road in Middle Island, on Dec. 26.
Costa, 54, of 258 Oakland Ave., Port Jefferson, and Pucci, 29, of 184 Wading River Hollow Road, Middle Island, were charged with 10 counts of third-degree burglary and one count of third-degree attempted burglary.

They were scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Sunday.
