2 Injured In Crash With School Bus In Ronkonkoma: Police
The drivers of two cars were taken to a local hospital; the students were not injured, Suffolk police say.
RONKONKOMA, NY — Two people were injured in a crash involving a school bus in Ronkonkoma on Thursday, Suffolk police said.
A minivan crashed into a sedan, which hit the back of a bus this morning on Ocean Avenue at around 7:45 a.m., and the two drivers, both adults, were taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, and are expected to recover, according to police.
Middle school students were on board the bus at the time but were not injured, police said.
