Aegean Pizza Set To Merge With Carlo's Pizza Oven In Holbrook
The popular restaurant closed in July, but now its making a comeback.
HOLBROOK, NY — A Holbrook mainstay is back after a short hiatus.
Aegean Pizza closed its longtime spot at the Sun Vet Mall back in July, but now it has been resurrected in a merger with Carlo's Pizza on Patchogue-Holbrook Road, according to its Facebook page.
Aegean co-owner Harry Rossis will partner up with Carlo’s co-owner, Billy Lee Jr., to serve Aegean’s pizza, gyros, and other staples alongside Carlo's own, Newsday reported.

Rossi told Newsday that the pair are joining forces and will run with it.
“We’ve been talking about it for a while," he added.
