Brookhaven Animal Shelter's Dogs Are In Danger

Long Island... we have a mission for you. The Town of Brookhaven Animal Shelter is overcrowded. They have been given less than 2 weeks to substantially reduce the population or they will be forced to euthanize for space. This is not the shelter staff’s fault, they are amazing and work hard... this is the fault of irresponsible owners not caring to claim their pets. There are amazing dogs at this shelter. Please.... go there... save a life. Anyone who adopts from The Town of Brookhaven Animal Shelter has our support 100%. We will help with training and support. Any rescue that pulls we will also assist however we can. We will pull any dog someone is willing to foster. 2 weeks. Almost 80 dogs... After all the hard work the staff did to change for the better, we can’t let this happen. A shelter in Texas had over 100 dogs adopted in 1 day.
