Burlington Coat Factory To Open Farmingville Location In Fall

FARMINGVILLE, NY — Burlington Stores announced Wednesday that it will open a new store on Long Island at a location in Farmingville, according to a news release.

The national retailer, which has 47 other stores in the state, plans to open a store at Expressway Plaza on North Ocean Avenue. A spokeswoman said that the new location will feature an updated, clean design that makes “it easy for customers to navigate and find fantastic merchandise at amazing values throughout the store.”

The outlet, which is best known for an array of discounted coats, will offer a wide selection of items, including womenswear and accessories, menswear, footwear, children’s clothing, home decor, and pet care and toys. A layaway program will also be offered at the store.

A safe shopping experience continues to be a top priority at the store and staffers will be following social distancing practices and cleaning measures in alignment with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, according to the news release.
