FARMINGVILLE, NY – Burlington Stores’ new location will open next week in Farmingville.

The retailer, which has 49 locations across the state, will open at Expressway Plaza on Nov. 12 following a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:45 a.m. The first 100 customers, aged 18 and up, will get a $5 bonus card to be used toward their purchase. To celebrate the grand opening, Burlington will be donating $5,000 to nearby Lynwood Avenue Elementary School through its long-standing partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org, according to a news release.

The funds will be used to support teachers and their classrooms so that they can purchase materials needed for their students, the news release stated. The donation presentation will take place at the ceremony.

“We’re expanding and growing our footprint across the county and excited to be opening a store in Aventura,” he said. “We look forward to giving local customers the chance to discover fantastic prices on a wide range of products. We know they will love the deals.”

Burlington’s new location will feature an updated, clean design making it easy for customers to navigate, officials said. Similar to other stores, the location will have a layaway program that will be offered all year-round and customers will be able to place items on layaway at checkout, then come back to pay for it later.

The store will be open Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
