Holtsville Post Office To Host Event To Help Small Businesses

HOLTSVILLE, NY — The Holtsville Post Office will host a "Grow Your Business" event to help business owners who want to learn to learn savings tips on new products and services on April 25, officials announced in a news release.

It will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event will recognize the importance of supporting small businesses, showcasing shipping experts on-site in the retail lobby to answer questions and demonstrate how the post office creates easy and affordable services designed to help small businesses.

In the news release, Alan Habert, a business development specialist, noted that "when it comes to helping small business grow in New York, your business is our business."

“We offer numerous solutions to assist with marketing efforts such as Every Door Direct Mail and new and exciting mailing innovations for advertising," he said. "In addition, we continue to provide shipping solutions such as Priority Mail that help small business ship economically and confidently."

The postal service has been helping small businesses grow and supporting main streets everywhere throughout "the highs and the lows" for over 200 years, post service officials said. These events are designed to address the unique needs of small businesses, even during these challenging times, according to postal service officials.
