Long Island Woman Accused Of Falsifying School Vax Records Fails To Show At Court: Report

She's accused of falsifying more than one dozen students in the Middle Country School District, News 12​ reported.

LONG ISLAND, NY — A Long Island woman accused of falsifying the school vaccination records of more than one dozen students in the Middle Country School District failed to show to her scheduled court date on Monday, News 12 reported.

The new court date for Stephanie Mills, of Coram, has been set for April 25, the outlet reported.

In a statement to the outlet, schools Superintendent Roberta Gerold told the outlet that district officials determined the records were falsified and reported it to law enforcement and the state's Department of Health, as required by regulation, and the students whose records were falsified were excluded from school until vaccination proof was provided.

Gerold was not immediately available after hours.
