MIDDLE COUNTRY, NY — Middle Country School District approved a $286 million spending plan on Tuesday by 1,717 to 705 votes, according to the district's website.
The budget-to-budget change is a 4 percent change, while the budget-to-budget tax levy change is 1.6 percent.
Kathleen Walsh garnered 1,580 votes; and Doreen Feldmann and Deborah Mann-Rodriguez 1,456 votes each. Bruce Bennett garnered 731 votes, Thomas Bettua 854, and Kimberly Crawford-Arbocus 866.
