RONKONKOMA, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the driver who, police said, was involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Ronkonkoma in May.

Elyse Crivaro, 21, of Holbrook, was in the roadway on Ronkonkoma Avenue, near Third Street, when she was struck by a dark-colored Toyota Prius that was traveling southbound around 3:20 a.m., police said. Crivaro, 21, of Holbrook, was pronounced dead at Stony Brook University Hospital, police said.

Police shared surveillance footage of the car. The hit-and-run is not shown in the video.
