"We're passionate about serving food that's both healthy and delicious, and we can't wait to share that with the Ronkonkoma community."
RONKONKOMA, NY — The Pink Fin, a poke and boba tea restaurant, is the latest venue to open at the Station Yards development in Ronkonkoma.
Guests can build their own bowl from sustainably-sourced ingredients such as sushi-grade tuna, salmon, spicy crab, or tofu layered over rice or greens and finished with house-made sauces, colorful vegetables, and crunchy toppings.
The Pink Fin joins Great South Bay Brewery, Tap Room, Redefine Meals, Playa Bowls, Catholic Health Urgent Care, Artemis Speakeasy, FourLeaf Federal Credit Union, Lucharitos, and VESPA Italian Kitchen & Cocktails. The restaurant's owner, Matt Olin, said that "it’s a dream come true" for him as a small business owner "to be part of something as special as Station Yards."
