Police Seeking Man Who Stole Bike Outside Library

The bike is worth about $400. A reward is being offered for info leading to an arrest.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole a bike in Holbrook last month.

According to police, an unknown man took a bicycle that was left on the bike rack outside of the Sachem Public Library at 150 Holbrook Road at about 4:50 p.m. on Sept. 12. The bicycle was valued at approximately $400.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
