Ronkonkoma Pocketbook Thief Sought

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police’s Fourth Precinct crime section officers are seeking help to identify and locate the man who stole a pocketbook from a vehicle at a gas station in Ronkonkoma last month.

A man entered an unlocked vehicle parked at a pump at the Gulf station, located at 292 Ronkonkoma Ave., and stole a pocketbook on Oct. 25 at approximately 11:40 p.m.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
