Sachem School District Hiring Teachers

The Sachem Central School District is hiring for teaching positions for the start of the 2019-2020 school year.

According to the district's job website, they are hiring elementary teachers, a music teacher, a social studies teacher and a permanent substitute speech teacher.

Each position has a starting date of Sept. 3, 2019.

According to the posting, individuals who apply for the music position must have a valid New York State Music Certification.

The other positions require New York State Department of Education certifications as well.
