Suspended Long Island Cop Admits Role In Prostitution Ring On Friday: Report
Eighteen-year veteran George Trimigliozzi was arrested last year in connection with running brothels in Holbrook and W. Babylon, DA says.

LONG ISLAND, NY — A Suffolk police officer suspended from the force after charges were brought in connection with a prostitution ring run between Holbrook and West Babylon pleaded guilty Friday to three charges in a deal that will see him sentenced to about two years in jail, Newsday reported.
Eighteen-year police veteran George Trimigliozzi, 56, who was suspended shortly after the charges were brought, as well as Frank Saggio, 60, of West Islip, and his girlfriend, Dana Ciardullo, 32, of North Bellmore, were expected to change their not guilty pleas when they appear in court for a conference, sources told the outlet.
Trimigliozzi’s plea is expected to cover a second indictment he faces for the sexual abuse of women he met through online dating sites, according to the outlet.
