According to the town, fees will be waived only for the initial pass. If a pass is misplaced, residents must pay the fee.
“By waiving the fees again this year, I expect to see more families enjoying the Selden Dog Park with their pets," Councilman Kevin LaValle said. "I am committed to provide a safe haven with the best amenities for dogs and people alike, and we will continue to make upgrades to the park as needed.”

"I am very happy that Councilman LaValle and I can continue to waive the fee again this year for our residents," Councilman Michael Loguercio said. Our dog parks are very popular and used frequently. I still want to encourage everyone to comply with the rules and make sure that their dogs are licensed and up to date with their vaccinations, this way all our fur friends are safe."
The town’s Middle Island Dog Park is located at 1075 Middle Country Road (Route 25), just east of the former K-Mart site and the Selden Dog Park is located on Boyle Road, between Corvair Lane and Carston Street. The Pooch Pass application and Dog Park rules and regulations are available at the Town website.
