Vitamin Maker, Distributor Sells Long Island Property: Report
Real estate sources told Long Island Business News that the property traded for $16.2 million earlier this month.

RONKONKOMA, NY — The Bountiful Company, a vitamin maker and distributor formerly known as Nature’s Bounty, has sold its former headquarters in Ronkonkoma, according to a report in Long Island Business News.
Venture One Real Estate of Rosemont, Ill. bought the 110,770-square-foot building, which is located on 9 acres on Smithtown Avenue, for an undisclosed price, the outlet reported.
Real estate sources told the outlet that the property traded for $16.2 million earlier this month.

Public records obtained by LIBN found the property was occupied by the company for 24 years since its purchase in 1997 for $3.9 million.
The new property owner plans to lease it for industrial or office use, the outlet reported.
