The drop-off location is located outside in the front of the building parking lot, "making it easy and convenient to drive up and drop off items without exiting your vehicle," a news release said.

At the same time, the volunteer-based organization will provide free, blue, pumpkin buckets and awareness cards to parents of special needs children.

Blue pumpkin buckets signify that a trick-or-treater may have autism, special needs, or be non-verbal.

"For those who choose to use them, the blue bucket can promote a feeling of independence by providing a subtle, dignified way of alerting people that the child or young adult at their door may not be able to participate in all of the traditional aspects of trick or treating," said the organization.

Registration is required for the distribution of the blue buckets. To sign up, click here.
