It's a busy time at Mini Monet, a Sayville art studio that provides programs from sculpting to sewing to painting for kids and unique events for moms needing a creative night out. Registration is underway for Fall classes that will run from October 21 until November 17. The course list includes drawing and painting, sewing, sculpture, Mommy &amp; Me, pre-K storybook art and jewelry and accessory design. For moms, the next girls night out event is November 8. For more information and to register call 218-9797. Check out the website for class information. To celebrate Halloween Mini Monet will offer a special art session after kids trick and treat along Main Street in Sayville between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. The program starts at 3 p.m. and the cost is $5. Mini Monet is also kicking off a new program that lets parents enjoy time downtown, whether it's having a nice dinner or getting a start on early holiday shopping. The Art Sitting program is on Friday nights, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and parents can drop kids off for one hour at a cost of $20 for art project costs.
