Woman Injured In Sunrise Highway Service Road Crash: Police
The 2-car crash occurred on Monday, police say.
SAYVILLE, NY — A woman was injured after a two-vehicle crash at a Sunrise Service Road intersection near Sayville on Monday afternoon, Suffolk County Police said.
The crash occurred at the intersection of eastbound Sunrise Service Road and Broadway Avenue at about 4:39 p.m. A woman driving a Kia was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
The eastbound left lane on Sunrise Highway was temporarily closed in the result of the crash.
