Back To School: Scarsdale 2023-24 School Calendar

SCARSDALE, NY — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Scarsdale, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in the Scarsdale Union Free School District.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

11/10 Veterans Day (schools closed)
11/23-24 Thanksgiving Recess (schools closed)

12/25-29 Holiday Recess (schools closed)

January

1/1-5 Holiday Recess (schools closed)
1/8 Schools Reopen
1/15 Martin Luther King Jr. Day (schools closed)

In the event make-up school days are needed, the district schools will use, in the following order, Friday, April 26, Thursday, April 25 and Wednesday, April 24.
