DA Alleges Lawyer Took Child Porn Photos At His Eastchester Home

Investigators are looking for other victims.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — An Eastchester resident is accused of taking lewd photos of children at his home plus possessing and promoting child pornography, Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah announced Thursday.

Androsky Lugo was charged Aug. 27 in Eastchester Town Court with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, and unlawful surveillance in the second degree, all felonies.

In 2019 and 2020, Lugo, an attorney, obtained images of nude children who were 3 to 10 years old on Microsoft Bing, prosecutors alleged. He also possessed an image of a nude child who was 8 to 10 years old and he took lewd photographs of a 12-year-old child that captured the child’s genital area underneath the child’s clothing, prosecutors said.
