The Heathcote Corners retail space is making some rapid progress with construction. The two-story building is located next to Balducci's on the corner of Palmer Avenue and Heathcote. The site plan for the commercial building was approved back in March of 2010.
During the spring-like, sunny weather today, construction workers were working in full force.
