Person Gets Hand Stuck In Snow Plow Equipment In Hartsdale
The person was extricated and taken to the hospital for emergency surgery.
HARTSDALE, NY — First responders were called to the High Point of Hartsdale apartment complex to rescue a person who got their hand stuck in a snow plow truck.
Firefighters of the Hartsdale Fire Department and Greenburgh EMS and police Tech Rescue got to the scene and found a worker with their hand and arm heavily entangled in a sander’s conveyer belt.
The person was extricated from the equipment and taken to Westchester Medical Center where emergency surgery was performed.
