Police: Man Makes Sexual Gestures Towards Boys at Scarsdale Pool

Scarsdale Police arrested an unidentified 57-year-old man for making "gestures of a sexual nature towards three boys, ages 10 and 11" at the village pool, according to authorities. Investigators say that there was never any physical contact between the suspect and the boys.

The alleged incident happened on June 21. The unidentified man is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, which is a misdemeanor.

Scarsdale Police say the suspect has limited mental capacity. Due to that fact, they have handed the case over to the Westchester County District Attorney’s Special Victims Unit.

The suspect's access to the village pool has been revoked, according to Scarsdale Police.
