Rite Aid To Hold Family Immunization Day Saturday

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Because getting vaccinated can be a family affair, Rite Aid is offering Family Immunization Days at select stores, including three in the Hudson Valley.

Families can conveniently walk in and get the vaccinations they need to protect themselves against the flu, COVID-19 and other diseases.

Rite Aid Family Immunization Days are walk-in clinics that provide people with ways to get vaccinated when it's more convenient.

In the Hudson Valley, the following Rite Aid stores will have Family Immunization Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

• Hyde Park: 1 Crum Elbow Road
• Hartsdale: 196 E. Hartsdale Ave.
• Hopewell Junction: 804 Route 82

Karen Staniforth, chief pharmacy officer at Rite Aid, said now is the optimal time to ensure the entire family is vaccinated against spreading viruses.

“As a modern pharmacy focused on improving health outcomes in our communities, Rite Aid’s Family Immunization Days provide customers with convenient access to the immunizations they need.”

To help customers determine which routing immunizations are right for them, Rite Aid offers an Immunization Evaluation Questionnaire on its website.
