  1. A teen was arrested for a home invasion and rape that occurred in Mastic Beach in broad daylight last month. The 14 year old, whose name has not been released by police, viciously attacked the resident, stabbing and sexually assaulting her in front of her 4-year-old daughter. (Patch)
