2. The Riverhead soccer team Manchester City played Sunday morning wearing shirts bearing the face of their teammate who died in last week's house fire. The game raised money to benefit his family, who lost five members in the blaze. (Subscription: Newsday)

4. News 12 stopped by the Branches Long Island food drive Sunday in Middle Island. The third annual Thanksgiving basket giveaway involved 1,000 food baskets with turkeys. (News 12)
5. The Town of Brookhaven's new $316.8 million budget for next year will raises taxes 1.89 percent and add three dozen jobs that were cut during the COVID-19 pandemic. The budget means the town can reopen senior citizens programs and recreation centers closed last year. (Subscription: Newsday)
