$2.6K Of Sunglasses Stolen From Lake Grove Shop: Police

LAKE GROVE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the two people who, police said, stole merchandise from a Lake Grove store in May.

A man and woman stole seven pairs of sunglasses from Macy's, located in the Smith Haven Mall, at 1:35 p.m. May 31, police said. The merchandise has a combined value of $2,611, police said. The duo is wanted for grand larceny.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
