The fundraiser honors Christine and Nicholas Lehmann and supports special needs causes and first responders, the family said.

SMITHTOWN, NY — A GoFundMe has been launched to support the family of Christine Lehmann, 52, and her son Nicholas Lehmann, 25, who were killed in a house fire on Fifty Acre Road South on November 30, police said.

A third resident, Ronald Montagna, 91, was rescued and taken to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation and burns, police said.
