Man Committed 3 Lewd Acts In Suffolk: Police
The man committed lewd acts at a fast food place, a fitness center and a clothing shop, police say. One girl who saw him was 11, police say.

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY β A man who committed multiple acts of public lewdness over the past three months was arrested Tuesday, Suffolk police said.
Ronald Richardson III, 43, who is homeless, was committing a lewd act in plain sight in the parking lot of Burger King, at 254 Portion Road, Ronkonkoma, around 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, police said. Two female employees who saw Richardson III commit the act called police, causing Richardson III to flee, police said.
Officers found and arrested Richardson III, police said. Following an investigation by Fourth Squad detectives, police said it was determined that Richardson III had committed two
previous acts of public lewdness:

- Orangetheory Fitness, at 62 E. Main St., Smithtown, around 7:15 a.m. Aug. 1, where Richardson committed a lewd act in front of a 29-year-old woman, police said.
- Old Navy, at 2089 Smith Haven Mall, Lake Grove, around 1:10 p.m. May 18, where Richardson exposed himself in front of an 11-year-old girl, police said.
Richardson III was charged with three counts first-degree public lewdness and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
He is being held at the Fourth Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Wednesday.
