- Kids Discovery Time, hosted by the Smithtown Recreation Department provides a developmental step towards preschool or nursery school readiness onΒ Friday, 1 p.m.
- Looking for a fun thing to do with your friends on a Friday night? Head to the Mills Pond House for a fun night of art making forΒ Kids Night Out. Β Have a fantastic Friday night while parents get a free night to themselves. Β Students will talk about the art, be given materials and a prompt, but will be free to go wherever their imgination takes them with their individual artwork.
- Aaah, those summer nights. Catch a performance ofΒ GreaseΒ this weekend at the Smithtown Theater.
Live Music
When it comes to al fresco dining this summer, Blend Wine and Tapas is the place to be. Live music fills the outdoor patio Thursday-Saturday at the restaurant, located at 321 Nesconset Hwy., in Hauppauge. This weekend, Β the Jeff Johansen Duo, Chilly Willie and Fred Simons will be performing.

- The Israeli Boy and Girl Scout Friendship Caravan will perform at Temple Beth Chai of Hauppauge Sunday at 6 p.m. for a $5 donation. The Tzofim Friendship Caravan is a group of Israeli Scouts sent to North America each summer to expose audiences to the diversity of the State of Israel by performing songs in Hebrew, English and Yiddish. They are a group of highly talented and energetic teens that travel internationally bringing Israeli culture and a message of friendship through song and dance.
Live Entertainment
Catch some live music atΒ Perfecto MundoΒ at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and 8 p.m. Saturday with the sounds of The Other Shoe and Norman Vincent. On Sunday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. a master magician performs table-side "sleight of hand" magic for all to enjoy.

- Long Island Blood Services will be hosting a donation drive at the Commack Public Library on Saturday.

Catch the Celtic sounds ofΒ KindredΒ as Musical Moments hosts Β its third season of free, live, outdoor events in Russ Savat Park on Main Street in Kings Park this Friday night at 7:30.

- The Kings Park Farmers MarketΒ is held on Sunday from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. in the municipal parking lot across from the firehouse on Main Street.
