Smithtown Students Perform 'The Addams Family-Young At Part'
Accompsett chorus teacher Shekinah Brosnan said she is "immensely proud" of her students for putting on a "high caliber" show.
SMITHTOWN, NY — Uncle Fester, Morticia, Gomez and the rest of the Addams Family crew put on a rousing production of "The Addams Family-Young at Part," performed by the Accompsett Middle School drama club on May 3 and May 4, the Smithtown School District announced.
In addition to enjoying the show, students and families will be allowed to take pictures in the Addams Family Portrait Wall — made by the school’s stage crew — as well as take selfies with Cousin It.
"We have a cast and crew of almost 70 students, and not only are they talented, but every single one has given 110% of their time and effort for the past three months — and the results clearly speak for themselves," said Accompsett chorus teacher Shekinah Brosnan in a news release. "I
am immensely proud of them for putting on a show of such high caliber."
