What does being an Ice Girl mean to you?
Youβre a role model, youβre just representing awesome, being part of the only Long Island NHL professional team β¦ itβs an awesome job.
What kind of joys do you get from being on the ice? What kind of experience is this?
I love skating, Iβve been skating since I was seven in competitions and everything, and being on the ice is like my second home.
Have the other girls been like a mentor to you at all? What is the relationship like with the team?
Theyβre like the older sisters I donβt have. I have one brother, theyβre all my sisters. Weβre all really close, I just met them at tryouts β¦ I get to hang out with them, make new friends.
