Three candidates vying for two seats on the Smithtown Special Library District board of trustees try to win your vote at "Meet the Candidates" event.
With the library trustee vote less than one week away, the three candidates attempting to secure two seats on the Smithtown Special Library District board made their public plea for votes Thursday night.
Locals filled the Nesconset branch of the district to listen to the platforms of incumbent Anthony Monteleone, former trustee looking to get back on the board Rosalind Palazzolo, and trustee hopeful Otis Thornhill.
