2 Of America's Most Expensive Zip Codes Can Be Found On LI, Report Says
See why 2 Long Island communities made the list of the most luxurious places to live in the nation, according to a new report.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Two of the most expensive zip codes in the nation are located in the tony Hamptons, according to a new report.
In a Top 10 list compiled by Realtor.com, Bridgehampton, with a median listing price of $8,495,000, came in at #3 out of 10, and Water Mill, with a median listing price of $6,845,000, came in at #8.
Topping the list at #1 was Fisher Island in Miami Beach, Florida.

And, a plus for those yearning to live where others vacation, according to Realtor.com, inventory has been on the upswing this season in the Hamptons, with Water Mill experiencing 50 percent year-over-year jump in new listings.
