7th Annual Hampton Cannabis Expo Coming Soon
The theme of the event is "Psychedelics & Cannabis in Chronic Disease Management: Integrative Medicine Approaches."

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — The 7th Annual Hampton Cannabis Expo, “Psychedelics & Cannabis in Chronic Disease Management: Integrative Medicine Approaches," is set to unfold in the Hamptons soon.
The event takes place on Thursday, August 1 from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Little Beach Harvest, on the Shinnecock Reservation in Southampton.
According to organizers, the event, taking place at the Shinnecock Nation, will focus on the cannabis industry, "emphasizing psychedelics and medical cannabis in chronic disease management. It will bring together industry leaders, researchers, and practitioners to explore innovative treatments and foster collaborations in integrative medicine."

The event reflects a strategic shift to align with the latest trends in medical cannabis and psychedelic therapies, organizers said.
According to organizers, "public perception and evolving regulations are pushing psychedelics and medical cannabis into mainstream medical research. Over 50 sites in the U.S. are conducting clinical trials on psychedelics for conditions such as depression and PTSD," a release said.

Gary Bierfriend, creator and producer of the THC Expo, emphasizes the importance of sharing the latest research and integrative approaches with audiences; the event will bring together clinicians, pharma and biotech representatives, investors, legal experts, and wellness product developers to explore new integrative medicine approaches, organizers said.
And, THC Expo organizers added: "The Shinnecock people’s history of using natural remedies aligns perfectly with the event's focus on integrative medicine."
The event will include special guest Tremaine S. Wright, chair of the New York State Office of Cannabis Management, who will deliver insights on regulatory developments and the future of medical cannabis.
Dr. Natanya Wachtel, an award-winning behavioral psychology scientist, will host a panel on "Psychedelics and Cannabis in Integrative Medicine Approaches for Chronic Disease Management."
The event will also include panel discussions, presentations, and exhibitor booths.
