On Saturday, June 21, Townline BBQ in Sagaponack will celebrate the addition of a new mobile smoker with a “Blessing of the Smoker” from 3 to 6 p.m. The newest addition to the Townline cooking team is a Georgia-made Lang 84” Mobile Smoker that weighs in at about 1500 pounds. This hefty cooker is made with a ¼” rolled plate steel body and heats up extremely fast.
Chef Joe Realmuto will be on hand cooking up ribs, wings and special items on the mobile smoker and DJ Anthony from WEHM will be live broadcasting the event beginning at 3 p.m. Montauk Driftwood Ale draught and Montauk Summer Ale cans will cost $2.
