Former Southampton Town Supervisor Joins Local Real Estate Firm

Former Supervisor Linda Kabot joined the team on Friday.

Former Southampton Town Supervisor Linda Kabot recently joined the Town and Country Real Estate team, the company announced on Friday.

“Linda brings a wealth of knowledge as a former local government official and administrator in Southampton Town,” Judi Desiderio, CEO and founder of Town and Country Real Estate said. ”We are thrilled to add her to the Town and Country team.”

Kabot served for fourteen years in Southampton Town government, including eight years as an elected official.

“In addition to her extensive knowledge of land use and zoning regulations, she has relevant experience related to real estate sales, rentals, subdivision, construction, appraisal, contract negotiations and innovative marketing,” the company wrote in a press release.

Kabot, who was born and raised in Westhampton, is graduate of Westhampton Beach Schools and Hobart and William Smith College.

She and her husband Lance, an industrial arts teacher, live in Quogue with their three sons.

She will be joining the company’s Southampton Office, located at 16 Hampton Road.
