Jamesport Man Stopped For Traffic Violation Wanted On Parole Warrant, Had Illegal Narcotic: PD
He was arrested Sunday, Southampton Town police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Jamesport man was arrested after he was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be in possession of an illegal narcotic, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, at about 9:17 p.m. Sunday, officers stopped a vehicle for the traffic infraction. After interviewing Donald Feinberg, 46, it was determined that he was wanted on a parole warrant and was in possession of an illegal narcotic, police said.
Feinberg was arrested and transported to Southampton Town police headquarters for processing, police said. He was held for his parole warrant and was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
