Man Charged With DWI After Water Mill Crash: Police

WATER MILL, NY — A Sag Harbor man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a Water Mill crash Saturday night, police said.

According to Southampton Town police, at around 9:09 p.m., a report came in about a crash on Montauk Highway in the area of Cobb Road in Water Mill.

Howard Greenberg, 64, reported being involved in a crash with another while he was stopped on the side of the roadway, police said.

Greenberg was arrested and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, as well as a traffic law violation; he was transported to the Southampton Town Police Department for arrest processing, police said.
