Man Charged With Felony DWI After County Road 39 Crash: Police
The Center Moriches man was arrested Sunday night, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Center Moriches man was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated after a crash on County Road 39 Sunday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, at about 9:50 p.m., officers responded to a report of the crash. Daniel Molloy, 30, was determined to be driving while intoxicated, police said. He was arrested, transported to Southampton Town police headquarters for processing and held for morning arraignment, police said.
Molloy was charged with DWI, prior conviction within 10 years, a felony, police said.
