Man Charged With Felony DWI In Sag Harbor: Police
The East Hampton man was arrested Friday, police say.
SAG HARBOR, NY — An East Hampton man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor Friday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, at about 7:57 p.m., a driver was seen operating in violation of multiple traffic laws while traveling southbound on Ferry Road, near Cedar Avenue.

further investigation, the driver, Jonnathan Patricio Llivicota, 32, was found to be operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated, police said.
Llivicota was arrested and transported to Southampton Town police headquarters for arrest
processing; he was charged with felony DWI and multiple vehicle and traffic law violations, police said.

Llivicota was held overnight and scheduled to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court for morning arraignment, police said.
