Man Charged With Felony DWI In Southampton: Police
He was arrested on July 4, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Riverside man was arrested on Independence Day and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, at about 9:24 p.m., Oscar Boch, 47, of Riverside was stopped for multiple vehicle and traffic violations on Head of Pond Road in Southampton and found to be intoxicated. He was brought to police headquarters, where he was processed and held for arraignment, police said.
He was charged with felony DWI, police said.
