The building was recently renovated to house all the district’s central office staff — previously located at 425 County Road 39A — as well as the school safety office, the facilities department and the technology department, the district said.
The $4.9 million purchase of the building was approved by voters in 2023 using capital reserve funds, with an additional $3.5 million approved by voters for renovations to the building using the district’s property acquisition and facility construction capital reserve fund, district officials said.
