  1. A Bridgehampton man was charged with engaging in sexual conduct with a child under the age of 13 in East Hampton. Jose Xiomar Vijil Villanueva, 49, was arrested on Friday at 11 a.m. and charged with the felony. (Patch)
  2. Popular and longtime Hamptons restaurant, the Lobster Roll, now has a sister restaurant in Southampton that will stay open year-round. The new eatery is at 32 Montauk Highway. (Patch)
  3. A Sag Harbor man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday in Hampton Bays, at 8:23 p.m. on Old Riverhead Road West. Jared Wawryk, 35, was seen speeding and failing to maintain his lane of travel. (Patch)
  4. A Suffolk County court judge dismissed a lawsuit from billionaire Stefan Soloviev which alleged teachers at the Ross School gave students, and his son Hayden, alcohol on a class trip to Patagonia. (Dan's Papers)
