Here are the top stories in Southampton today:

1. Prosecutors said Wednesday, Lisa Maria Falcone, 48, the wife of an embattled New York City hedge fund manager, will be back in Southampton Town Justice Court on Oct. 3 on charges of driving high on alcohol and drugs and driving without a license. Police said, She performed poorly in sobriety tests after the crash at Montauk Highway and Hayground Road. (Subscription: Newsday)
2. Just before 6 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to Quogue Riverhead Road on a report of a motor vehicle accident and found the driver, Bobby Bagga, 25, intoxicated, police said. According to police, Bagga was arrested and charged with DWI. (Patch)
