🌱 Southampton Daily: Help Find Lost Ring + Fire + Huber's Passing

Here are the top stories in Southampton today:

1. Kimberly Feierstein, a heartbroken Shelter Island woman, said her ring, which is yellow gold, very heavy, with inset diamonds and an inscription that reads "Eleni," may have been lost in Bridgehampton, where her children attend school and where she shops. Feierstein put out a passionate post on social media and has been overwhelmed by the sea of concern and caring as news spread about her lost treasure. (Southampton Patch)
2. Wednesday night, just after 8 p.m., the Southampton Fire Department, responded to a report of a fire in a large house on Lewis Street, off Rogers Avenue, in Southampton. According to Chris Brenner, public information officer, "Two Southampton Village police officers were transported to Stony Brook Southampton Hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation; one firefighter was taken to the hospital with a minor injury." 3. Sadly, Susan Lucci lost her husband Helmut Huber, a native of Austria, at the age of 84. They met in the 1960's in Garden City where they worked together, Lucci a waitress and Huber a chef. They were familiar faces at Westhampton Beach until they sold their Quogue estate in 2016. “Helmut’s passing is a tremendous loss for all who knew and loved him. He was an extraordinary husband, father, grandfather, and friend,” Lucci’s rep said in a statement. (Page Six)
4. The Netflix film, “Leave the World Behind,” shoots in Riverhead next month! The filming will be between April 25-29. Don't miss seeing Academy Award nominee Ethan Hawke, Oscar winners Julia Roberts and Mahershala Ali in this suspenseful thriller. (Riverhead News Review)
