Here are the top stories in Southampton today:

  1. A 77-year-old woman, Gwyneth Cravens, a vulnerable adult with Alzheimer's disease, has gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her. She was last seen in the town of East Hampton, on Wagon Lane, at around 8:20 a.m. on Sunday, May 15, authorities say. She was last seen driving a 2010 gray Toyota Camry with New York registration ESK-8994. (Daily Voice)
  2. Saturday was national day of action in protest of the potential imminent demise of Roe vs. Wade. In Riverhead, the demonstration was held outside the State Supreme Courthouse on Griffing Avenue, it was one of more than 380 rallies that took place in cities and towns across the U.S. (RiverheadLOCAL)
  3. A Lake Ronkonkoma woman, Johanna Iovino, 30, appeared in court Sunday where she was "arraigned on two counts of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death," according to Suffolk County police. Ryan Walker, age 37, was killed and Robert Kehlenbeck, age 46, died Saturday. The incident took place in Holtsville last week. (Daily Voice)
  4. Both Nassau and Suffolk counties has recently been classified as high-risk communities for COVID transmission. Health officials are now recommending Long Islanders wear masks indoors again. The CDC mask recommendation is not mandatory, but encouraged. (News 12 Long Island)
